You may not use SpotNode services for unlawful activity, including fraud, unauthorized access, rights violations, or other prohibited conduct.

Abuse and interference

You may not disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer in prohibited ways, or interfere with the website, APIs, onboarding flows, or related infrastructure.

Misuse of APIs and services

You may not attempt to bypass quotas, abuse authentication, evade policy controls, or use SpotNode services in ways that undermine trust, security, or platform integrity.

Prohibited content and behavior

SpotNode may restrict use involving harmful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content or conduct where such use threatens legal, commercial, safety, or operational posture.
