Supplier Terms

Supplier Terms

These Supplier Terms describe the baseline participation posture for GPU owners and capacity operators onboarding supply into SpotNode.

Onboarding and qualification

Supply participation requires onboarding, technical validation, and qualification. Connection alone does not create entitlement to buyer-facing publication or live traffic.

No guarantee of publication or demand

SpotNode does not guarantee that connected supply will be published, remain published, or receive any particular demand volume. Publication and routing depend on qualification, trust posture, and market demand.

Supplier responsibilities

GPU owners and operators are responsible for the accuracy of onboarding information, the integrity of supplied execution environments, and maintaining operational readiness consistent with SpotNode requirements.

Security and operational expectations

Suppliers must follow SpotNode security posture requirements, including zero-inbound expectations where applicable, and may not bypass qualification, publication, or monitoring controls.

Payouts and commercial terms

Payouts, revenue participation, and related commercial terms are subject to separate agreement and depend on qualified execution, usage, and the commercial posture of the active supply lane.

Publication and removal rights

SpotNode may restrict, suspend, or remove supply from publication where qualification, security, trust, operational posture, or commercial requirements are not met.
