Use of SpotNode services

AI teams use SpotNode to access qualified execution supply for inference workloads through SpotNode-managed APIs and routing surfaces rather than raw infrastructure rentals.

Evaluation and production usage

Evaluation access, testing, and production usage may be subject to technical qualification, commercial approval, policy controls, and service availability considerations determined by SpotNode.

Commercial terms

Pricing, billing, credits, and any service commitments are subject to separate commercial agreement, workload shape, and the execution profile of active supply lanes.

Availability and service posture

SpotNode routes traffic across qualified supply based on policy, health, economics, and continuity posture. Availability depends on the exchange’s live qualification and control plane rather than fixed dedicated infrastructure guarantees unless agreed separately.

Security and acceptable use

AI teams must use SpotNode services in accordance with security expectations, platform policy, and applicable acceptable use requirements, including restrictions on abuse, interference, or unlawful use.
